Goat Milk
Being lactose-intolerant, I'm always finding milk-alternatives. Goat milk is supposedly easier to digest than cow milk. Sure enough this powdered goat milk did not cause any gas, bloating, or stomach-upset for me. It taste weird though (a bit chalky...like most powdered milk). Do you drink or use goat milk for any yummy recipes? Please share!

I've only tried goat's milk twice, and it's definitely thicker in consistency. I enjoyed it, but I would want to look for an organic brand. Out of curiosity, why are you using powdered milk? Is it for baking? Have you tried coconut milk?? =P
LPL, goat milk is expensive! I've been wanting to try any kind of goat milk for a long time, but too thrifty to buy them...so my sister got me this powdered one for my birthday, hahaha, since she thinks it would last longer than the canned ones... maybe non-powdered ones will taste better. I have no idea what kind of recipe calls for powdered goat milk....
Yes, I recall goat's milk being waaaay more expensive than milk! >_< But, you should allow yourself to try the real thing at least once so you know how it should taste. But who knows? Maybe after you try the real thing, you won't wanna go back to powder! =P
