Forever 21 Set Sail Fit & Flare Dress ($19.80)

Why I'm currently obsessed with this dress:
1. Conservative, classic front with neutral navy and white stripes.
2. The pleating of the skirt makes it more tailored-looking.
3. Cotton/polyester/spandex knit is usually a carefree and comfortable type of material.
4. Backless with the knot-ties are a show-stopper.
5. Under $20 bucks.
6. Makes me want to book a seaside vacation already.
